📘 About the Book – The ABCs of ABA

The ABCs of ABA is a parent-friendly guide that takes families through the world of Applied Behavior Analysis one letter at a time. Each letter introduces a core ABA concept in simple language, paired with real-life examples and workbook pages so parents can reflect, practice, and apply strategies at home. The book was created with love, patience, and real-world experience to help parents feel empowered, supported, and confident in guiding their child’s growth.

✨ How the Idea Began

The inspiration for this book came from my work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and, more importantly, as a mom. I saw how overwhelming ABA terms and strategies could feel for parents; but also how powerful they are when explained in a clear, simple, and supportive way. I wanted to create something that felt less like a textbook and more like a conversation: easy to read, filled with encouragement, and built around doing as much as reading.
